Well, things have certainly picked up a bit since deciding to go FSBO with the house. The sign out by the highway, the flyers and good ol’ Craigslist are doing the trick. And adding the house to the MLS helped as well. The real estate agent in DE that I’m working with suggested that. I never knew it was possible.… (more…)
