CH. "PR" Yankee's Alter Ego ~ "Peekaboo"

My first English Shepherd champion!  Peekaboo won her Championship Title Sept. 2009 going Best Female and Best of Breed.  The ‘PR’ designation stands for “Purple Ribbon” which is a distinction UKC gives to a dog if all 14 ancestors within a dog’s three generation pedigree (parents, grand parents, great grandparents) are each registered with United Kennel Club. Purple Ribbon is indicated by the letters ‘PR’ at the beginning of a dog’s name.

Peekaboo is a “Velcro” dog… Preferring to be by my side, rather than with the other dogs, content to relax when I am busy with things un-dog like and my chore buddy when I am out in the fields working.  She has allowed Gunner to take over the leader role in the pack.  She is gentle with the shelties, chickens and goats, curious about the rabbits, friendly with visitors and loves to catch small vermin like mice and squirrels that insist on eating the wheat in the barn for the chickens.  A big thanks to the Batemans for sending a stellar girl that made me fall in love with the ES.
